Returns and Refunds Policy for The Tendztrolley

At The Tendztrolley, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality fashion products and excellent customer service. However, we understand that sometimes things may not work out as planned, and you may need to return or exchange your purchase.   1. Returns If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. All accessories, manuals, and warranty cards should also be included in the return. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund, minus any shipping fees or restocking fees, if applicable.

  2. Refunds We offer refunds for eligible products returned to us within the specified time frame. Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

  3. Exchanges If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it for you at no additional cost. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery to report the issue and initiate an exchange.

  4. Warranty All products purchased from  The Tendztrolley come with a manufacturer’s warranty. If you encounter any issues with your product within the warranty period, please contact us, and we will guide you through the warranty claim process.
